AN ABSOLUTE TRAVISTY! I made an appointment with a specific doctor here, instead I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I was okay with this because she seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly, but she has continually messed up my prescriptions. I was recently scheduled for a televisit at 10 a.m. 10 a.m. came and I received absolutely no indication of how or what I was supposed to use to join the televiisit. I desperately believed that I was going to miss my visit, which I needed urgently. I called the office and left messages, since no one ever answered the phone, three times in the course of a half hour before someone called back, gave me a tekevist code and said I would have to wait because another patient was ahead of me. This was 10:30 and my televiisit APPOINTMENT was for 10:00. I
