Would give zero starts if I could. Booked an appointment because I’m in between PCP’s due to insurance change. Was having some abdominal pain and just wanted to get imaging (I knew it was not ER urgent) She walked in room, didn’t even introduce herself and immediately berated me for coming in as they are not urgent care. I explained that I have a $75 copay for urgent care and they don’t do imaging there, whereas here, I have a $30 copay and could just get an order for imaging. She said she wouldn’t order imaging because she’s not my PCP. She didn’t feel my abdomen or anything just advised me to go to ER ($200 copay and $800 deductible) Also, she’s gotta be 19 or 20 years old and very bad bedside manner.

Absolute worst caregiver i have ever encountered. . . My daughter has been sick with a virus that led to pneumonia. When we moved back home from California i went back to our primary in whitney point at which time switched to guthrie. Allix was then her primary assigned care provider.... my insurance was switching over from California health care to NYS Empire plan as I am a NY state HEALTHCARE employee. I called and tried twice to get my daughter in to be seen as she was so incredibly sick back to back illnesses. I couldn't get her in. So I was pressed to take her to the emergency room for answers and medicine. She was diagnosed with pneumonia.... except after her antibiotics she was not getting better. I took her a second time to the ER bc then for a 3rd time this doctors office couldn

I just became a new patient of Allix and immediately she made me feel at ease. She sounded confident and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions in a professional manner and I know I will get the best care from her.

I received excellent care from Allix. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She demonstrated care for her patient and was able to give me some great recommendations on the next steps I needed to take to resolve my health problem. Allix was absolutely wonderful 👍👍👍

Allix was kind and compassionate! She reassured me and kept reminding me , if I don't improve they could get me in sooner to be seen. She put to rest my symptoms are normal and will gradually disappear. She is so easy to talk too!!!!
