Friendly Staff, But Disappointing Sales Tactic Everyone here is very welcoming. Although my insurance didn’t cover the exam, I was informed ahead of time and prepared to pay out of pocket. The doctor was kind and informative, which I appreciated. However, I wasn’t thrilled with their sales approach. I was interested in the buy-one-get-one 50% off deal on glasses, but since I had to pay for my exam, they wouldn’t apply the discount unless I bought a third pair. This meant I’d have to purchase three pairs of glasses, when I only needed two, which felt misleading. I ended up going elsewhere. Overall, I took a star off for what felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.

The staff was so polite and friendly when I was being seen. The environment was clean and nice as well. I will definitely be back for a second visit!
