Extremely professional & knowledgeable! Friendly environment and staff. My son was diagnosed with a blockage in one of his ears in preschool. After the runaround and nearly 2 years, Ear,Nose,&Throat of Medford had become a complete waste of our time and government funding as he has OHP for insurance, I asked his pediatrician if we could get a referral for somewhere else as it was quite frustrating and with ENT getting NOWHERE!! The first appointment with Allison, she had answers and within ONE month, my son had a hearing aid and was showing huge improvements at school. HANDS DOWN, SHE'S THE BEST!!!
