Allina Health Urgent Care – Woodbury

This place is a joke. They do not add your test results to anything a good doctor can look at and the doctor that saw my wife didn't give the correct information. The kind of information that shows you there's only one way through things, like surgery. Then we had to go in for emergency surgery two days later. Obviously we went to somewhere more competent. We went to Fairview, and there they explained what was going on. I would never go to Allina again, and I hope others learn from this review. Your health is important, and Allina does NOT care.

Dr. Bennett did a great job of examing me and asking good questions. Excellent manners. He revered me to the eye clinic and Dr. Weber gave my husband excellent advice.

Registration and wait time went quickly in a clean, quiet environment. I was kept up to date, on my text app, about how long my wait time would be. Reception, NP, X-ray tech were all professional and patient and concerned about my issue.

The worst urgent care that I’ve ever been at. They wanted us to wait. 89 hours to be seen with significant health issues. This is ridiculous. Where are all the good doctors in the world horrible don’t go there.

I waited for over an hour to be seen after checking in. Multiple people arriving after me were seen before me. When I was finally called they took vitals and told me to go back to the lobby and wait to be seen by a doctor. After two hours of waiting I finally had to leave for another commitment. Not a good experience to say the least!
