Allina Health Urgent Care – Faribault

I came in with chest pain and the doctor ran all sorts of tests to rule out major issues and try to figure out the exact issue so she could treat it accordingly. She was very nice and the whole team made me feel relaxed and safe. They did more for me at urgent care than any hospital has ever done for me. I would highly recommend going here for help if you can’t get into an actual appointment.

If I could give it a 0 to -0 star I would. I went to the Doctor Saturday 2/14/26 around 2pm. I have infection on my foot. Suppose to be on 2 different Antibiotics. The Doctor hasn't sent them yet to my pharmacy. I called 2/15/26 and 2/16/26. Still nothing yet. They say they are looking into it. I will NEVER use Faribault Alina Urgent Care again

Absolutely the most dismissive and unacceptable experience I went in for a broken tooth and the physician told me without assessing or addressing what the Injury Presents. And what the treatment route would actually be based on the actual Physicl evaluation. She decided she was going to dismiss me without Prejudice. Worst bill I am paying for absolutely Nothing I'm glad I went toA facility that had no problem assessing and appropriately diagnosing an managing treatment until I get to the soonest appointment to fix the issue. No matter how many times I give this place a chance it always doubles down on how Assessing the patients and appropriately evaluating the situation per Medical need. The worst prices I’ve ever seen for urgent care in my life. My insurance company (Aetna) estimated that it would be well under $100 but I ended up with a nearly $600 bill. No transparency and no accountability from Alina or Aetna. Northfield is so much cheaper ($100 something in my experience) so I will make the drive there next time I need urgent care. Alina should be ashamed of their unethical price gouging practices. They need to be transparent about their pricing with in-network insurance providers so customers can get accurate estimates.

Some of the nurses are rude as hell. You will sit for hours just to get seen and hours after that to be able to find out whats wrong and get to leave. People that came in after me were done and gone before I was even seen.
