Treated at ER on Sept 28 for neck pain that turned out to be heart attack. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was efficient and caring. Nursing, technicians and office personnel knew what they were doing and did it well. No missed "sticks" or digging to find a vein, no delayed tests. Just excellent care from the time I arrived until I left in ambulance to Durant. I would say Madill is very fortunate to have this caliber of care locally. Thank you.

The Doctors, Nurses and other staff - food servers, case management, and gift shop were wonderful. The health care and attention showed to my ill husband was the absolute best. If you live in Madill or close to this hospital you need to support them. They may not be as big, but they care and give the best care available . If you haven't checked them out please do so when you need care. We need this hospital as part of the community. Want to add the Physical therapy staff is outstanding. In a week they took my husband from not being able to get out of bed to walking on walker. They were patient with my questions and made my husband feel safe and eager to do PT.

Just spent seven days in this nice hospital. The entire staff was so good and caring.The ladies up front (registration), the cleaning ladies, the meal prep ladies, PT and OT folks, resportorie folks, DR's and Nurses were all 5-Star. The facility is and has been refurbished very nicely and very clean. CEO even visited and checked on my level of comfort!! They were extremely nice and accommodating to my wife who spent the whole time with me. Highly recommend this hospital. Couldn't express my gratitude enough for the great care I received. Also, the food was great, three solid big meals a day - never needed nor wanted a snack!!

Dr. Dillard is one of best doctors I have met. She knows her medicine and gives answers when needed. She will listen to you and offer suggestions. So glad that I found her.
