The lady at the front desk Ashley is a joke. She was very rude to my mother in law and I don't appreciate that at all. I think it would be best if she don't go back to that doctor with receptionist Ashley working there. Someone needs to teach her some manners. Because she doesn't have any. I would rate her a zero star.

If I could do a zero star for the receptionist Ashley I would. She was an extremely rude individual. I absolutely hate writing reviews as this is only my second I have ever done. My mother was in there to give some paperwork to get things rolling for her prescriptions and this lady had my mom crying once she got to the car. She is supposed to be there to help the patients and if she doesn’t know how to deal with all types of people in a professional manner she should not be the first face patients see. My mother was very nice and asked a few questions because she didn’t think Ashley was understanding her. When my mom asked her name so she could call her by name she grabbed her own shirt pulling it up and yelling at my mom saying it’s Ashley the receptionist! This behavior is unexceptable.

This facility is a joke!! I called to make new pt appt and asked if they took certain insurance and was told yes, no one called to tell me they were in fact out of network!! Until at the check in window trying to collect $50 copay when it’s preventative and $0.. girl at front knew nothing and wasn’t help at all.. as I had to call my insurance to see what the deal was.. this practice needs to have better training and get with the program an notify their pts of changes!!! Will not be using them ever!!

Goldie is a very rude person and her manager didn't seem to care. They need to actually train there staff on the hour and half there closed because the front receptionist clearly wasn't knowledgeable only knowledge she had was an attitude. Very disappointed with my visit today in all these years I've been bringing my children and spouse.

Staff is professional and care about each patient that comes in. The nurses are compassionate towards everyone. It's a very clean and organized clinic where they make you feel your going to get the best care from them. Dr. Garrett is an excellent, intelligent, compassionate doctor who puts all of his attention on you when your with him. He's great!
