I was in pain coming in, the ladies were super quick on the check in and pulling my teeth out was just as fast and painless!! Love the staff I will surely be back and tell others!

Never had any problems with them. I’ve had braces on twice now ( I’ve been to the Riverdale office, the Stockbridge office and the midtown office) all of them always give me really good energy great staff and my teeth are so perfect now.🙂🙂

One thing I dislike when entering an establishment where I am not employed is knowing the job requirements and being able to perform them more effectively than the staff, despite being a paying customer. I wish individuals in leadership positions and customer service roles possessed the knowledge and skills to execute their duties efficiently and communicate accordingly, particularly when customers are spending their hard-earned money. At no point should I, as a customer, need to instruct staff to reverify their resources multiple times when I am aware that the system is incorrect, despite their assurances that everything is correct. It is essential that establishments ensure their administrative tasks are in order, including attention to detail and effective communication with dealing wit

They have excellent service and always showing their professionalism. My two daughters and I are very happy for doing a great job on our teeth and smile

I was a walk-in on a Saturday, and was treated very well. It was in the afternoon and the staff was patient and explained everything to me clearly. They were busy, but I didn’t feel rushed and they kept me updated while I waited. I didn’t have any expectations since I was a walk in, but they helped be as best they could and I left feeling like my needs were met. I appreciate their help and treating me just as they would if I had an appointment or were a frequent patient.
