I’ve been to many doctors offices. This is by far the best one I’ve been to. I’ve been going here for several years now. The front desk ladies are always so nice. The pharmacy ladies are always so nice. And I really like the doctor here too. They actually care about you here. Love love love. Please never shut down. Thank you!

The receptionist was very professional kind and helpful. The nurse very kind and personable and the doctor had great bedside manner and sent a referral for me immediately to my previous surgeon. Great first visit !

The folks here are so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and thorough. This place was my go to when I had county care and they have never failed to deliver excellent and timely service. Shout out to Dr. Keeler and the whole front office staff.

This is a tough one to write. The doctor I saw was incredibly friendly, but be sure to read the multiple reviews for this establishment that mention the billing department. Both my partner and I got smacked with enormous bills that were way out of the ordinary for any medical practice we've ever seen since moving to Chicago. I spoke with the receptionist who insisted I speak with my insurance, and when I spoke with my insurance I learned that Alliance billed my visit as a behavioral health visit despite it being a typical primary care/new patient appointment (conveniently, according to my insurance, they have an in-network contract for *medical* visits but not *behavioral* visits). I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I received at Alliance Immediate & Primary Care, located at 4332 N Elston Ave. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time. When I checked in, I politely informed the front desk receptionist that I had an appointment. She asked for my name, which I spelled out clearly. She then told me that I had missed an appointment six months ago and that I was required to pay a $40 no-show fee. I explained that this was my first visit to the clinic in over a year and that I had active insurance coverage. Despite my explanation, she insisted—loudly and disrespectfully—that I would not be allowed to see the doctor unless I paid the fee.
