The people at the front have absolutely no clue what they're doing. I drove 45 min for them to tell me I didn't have an appointment, then call me the next day saying I missed it that morning. Now this is the 3rd time I've had to reschedule and they called me and told me 30 min before my appointment that "their system is down." 0 stars for unprofessional conduct.

Don’t come to this clinic unless you want to waste your time. I called prior to heading to the clinic and spoke to a lady and she told me that walk-ins were accepted until 2 PM so I went ahead and got to the clinic at 11. Then I’m told that the provider hasn’t came so basically they tell you to come and waste your time and find out if the provider is working today so you can be seen.

I was looking for a new PCP and could never find one who is open when I get out of work or on weekends. But I'm glad I kept looking and found this hidden gem. Registration was quick and easy. They took my insurance. They asked detailed questions of my reason for the visit. Once the provider came in, he went over all the information and concerns and was able to give me a treatment plan. I am glad I made this choice. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. It’s so refreshing to interact with healthcare providers who truly seem to care. Highly recommend!
