AllHealth Network - Pharmacy

Did not go to the pharmacy, was there for intake for what I thought was going be the mental help, that I requested due to my failing health but was instead shoved into an intense alcohol treatment program instead. I made myself very clear when sighing up for the orientation on the phone as well as in person what my expectations I had from their services. I received a phone call yesterday morning walking me up early in the morning when I told the receptionist that I dont wake up till late morning, and having this councilor talk over me and insisted that I belong in a substance program without mention of any help for my mental status. Was extremely disogranized as an office. I found it difficult to reach a live person on phone, to get calls back in a timely manner, but mostly the therapist they said was qualified to help me was not. She simply asked me what I wanted to talk about and then did nothing after I told her twice. I prefer a therapist that has the skills and experience to actually run the appointment and not expect me to know what I need to talk about in order to get the help I requested. She didn't have the skills or education required for me so I am unclear why they even assigned me to her. The intake process was useless since it gave me such a bad fit. A therapist shouldn't just stare at their patient and tell them they are being defensive. Grievance line doesn't return calls as they promise.

This pharmacy is amazing! I have been going to this pharmacy since 2004! And since about the second time I went there they all remembered my name! So with that said itakes it much easier and faster to get my medication! Also it is nice because the pharmacy is attached to me mental health place! But it is always clean....and that is a big thing for me! It's not like going into a King Soopers and it has a dirty floor or a dirty counter! So I do recommend this pharmacy!

Really friendly & helpful staff. I'm on top of my vaccinations because they called me! I love pro-active health providers. That's rare.

By far in the shadiness organization I have ever worked with. We had to open multiple federal complaints with them due to HIPPA issues. They refused to speak with me so we had to report their practices all the way to the top. Run! Do not do any business with this company.
