My daughter took the Fall season of therapy with Elizabeth and cannot wait until the next session start! Elizabeth has worked so well with her and the progressing so quick. Elizabeth is a therapist you will like to keep she is amazing, always prepared with attention to detail, very caring and patient. She has high standards and knowledgeable. Elizabeth maximizes my daughter time when she gives her phisical therapy producing great results. This has contributed to the progress my daughter has made. Phisical therapy with hippo therapy help the core strength,balance, speech confidence and much more. I can't recommend her enough..

Our daughter has Cerebral Palsy and the Hippotherapy program has worked wonders on her walking and balance. Elizabeth and the many volunteers are so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Elizabeth has even assisted our family in advocating for additional treatment beyond the program. We live in Massachusetts and are more than willing to travel to Rhode Island because this program is top notch. We highly recommend and plan on continuing with Elizabeth next season.

Hippotherapy with Elizabeth was instrumental in helping both of my boys. The combination of physical therapy on horse back with Elizabeth as our therapist (and biggest supporter) enabled them not only to catch up but thrive. I cannot say enough good things about her and if you're able to get a spot in her program, take it while there are still openings!! She is the most genuine, compassionate and knowledgable person. Having children with developmental delays can feel very isolating but I remember so clearly Elizabeth's experience and perspective being such a bright spot during unsure times.

She demonstrates the very best practices in physical therapy and is exceedingly sensitive to the emotions and psychological needs of my child, yet has firm, loving control of each session. Elizabeth has been very responsive and instructive to me, as a parent, and carefully considers my input and knowledge about my child as she determines the best course of action. My child is always excited for PT, due in large part to the supportive atmosphere created by Elizabeth and the staff and helpers at the farm. I highly recommend Elizabeth Shealy and All Fours!

We could not be any happier with Elizabeth, she is very smart and thoughtful in every approach she applies with my kiddo. She is very understanding about neurodiversity.
