Today I went for my allergy shot. Self check-in is no longer available because “patients” use this luxury of expediency to dodge their outstanding balances. Now we have to check in at the two long lines where patients are checking in for Doc appointments, pay bills, make appointments, problems, etc. You get the idea. The 2 front desk girls clearly don’t want to be there. They take 10-15 minutes to do what should take 3-5 minutes. They get up and leave their post and “hide” from the customers. This happened to me today with the girl at the 2nd window. I have observed this behavior as a regular occurrence.
