I came in on 7/7/25 for an 11:50 am appointment. I was a few minutes late due to traffic. I am normally never late, and I apologized for the inconvenience multiple times. The nurse was completely rude to me and kept making comments about me being late. She indicated she had to leave to meet people at her house. She was trying to reschedule me but I couldn't be rescheduled due to me being in the last day of my window. She stomped off to the office to get the shots ready. The shots she administered hurt bad. Due to her being in a rush to leave, she didn't put on the anti-itch treatment. I will be sure to always schedule my shots under the other Nurse so I never have to deal with the rudeness again. The rest of the staff and doctors are great.

My daughter has been coming here for a little over 2 years and it has been good doctors are amazing, but in the past few months since there are new people at the front desk it’s been a terrible experience. They have been nothing but rude, mess up appointments and when I ask a question I feel that that laugh in my face and whisper which is so mean and nasty.

I had a terrible experience with PA Martin Ronan at this office. I came in with recurring hives that had been covering my body for the past month, and from the start, he was dismissive and unpleasant to talk to. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, he immediately downplayed them, telling me it was likely something I would never figure out. Despite my clear distress and concern for my health, he didn’t even recommend testing. When one of the skin tests caused a slight reaction, I expressed my worries about it possibly being a recurring issue, but he brushed it off and told me it was nothing to think about. His overall attitude was pessimistic and unhelpful—he repeatedly told me that I would probably never find the root cause and should just wait for it to go away, even though my condi

Very efficient and professional care of patients. Dr. Ronan explains the procedures and answers question very clearly, easy to understand. The staff is very helpful and will make you feel at ease. Always pleasure to come back.

I just met with Martin Ronan, PA for some antibiotic testing. I was very pleased with his service and he was personable, gentle and nice to work with. I will follow up with further testing but am happy to recommend him and this office for those seeking allergy testing or treatment.
