Allergy & Asthma Specialists - Pottstown, PA

If you had asked me to write a review 2 years ago it would've been 5 stars without a second thought. Then Dr. Anolick retired. Now, the office is open 2 hours a day, 3 days a week, it takes 6 months to get an appointment, and even when you have an appointment, they cancel it with no explanation. There have been 3 separate instances recently where I have left messages that haven't been returned. When I call back and mention this they offer no explanation. I can't comment on the doctors, because it has been more than a year since my children have even seen one. The office staff and nurses, however, seemingly do not have any concern for the patients, or any empathy for the difficulty that they are causing.

Were once wonderful five years ago I filed paperwork out to be a new patient from my youngest. Her insurance is covered months later I have the same insurance as my daughter I make an appointment for myself. They say they no longer take my insurance warning you guys anyone who’s on Medicaid make sure your insurance is covered first and if you have appointments, make sure you’re still able to be seen by them so as of right now they’re not taking no new patients so I wish you luck

Before I would have said this was a top notch practice. However I can’t say that anymore scheduling is impossible and injection hours have been cut so much that even with my 8-4 job there’s no way for me to get there for an injection. It’s truly a shame as it made a huge difference for me but trying to schedule and get things taken care of is impossible.

I made a Switch to the Pottstown office after driving my daughter to the Collegeville office only for the hours at Pottstown to also be cut. The staff is rude and unfriendly compared to Collegeville and if you like waiting over 30 mins after you scheduled appointment to actually be taken to a room and seen by a dr. I’ve had questions in the past and called into the nurses line for questions for them to not return calls or answer my questions. Disappointed with this place but my daughter has already started her therapy

Dr.Desai is great. Very attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my/child concerns. I felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire visit.
