This is an amazing office ! It was my first time going to this location for my skin test. everyone was sooooo kind, warm, and welcoming! Jenny was so sweet and patient with me when I asked her a lot of questions! She was informative as well. Dr Jithpratuck was extremely knowledgeable!! He’s the sweetest doctor ever! He is very goal oriented and truly wants you to get better. My initial appointment he ensured I had what I needed and was extremely thorough with his examination! If I could give more than 5 stars about my experience i would.

Patient Review: This office is horrible, front desk employees and billing employees are the absolute worst. Very rude, they don't want to work, and are useless. Visited the office more than 1.5 weeks ago and still waiting for the claim to be submitted to my insurance, can't provide a super bill, and super rude about responding to our questions. Front desk rush us through the phone or even in person whenever we ask questions. We definitely won't be back and will open an official BBB complain againest this office.

After 45 years struggling with severe asthma, the kind no doctor could ever truly control, finding Dr. Warrit felt like finally being able to breathe again. He treated the root of my allergy, used the most modern and effective therapies available, and for the first time in my life, my asthma is stable and under control for the past 3yrs! I honestly didn’t have the best experience here. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff didn’t feel very welcoming. When I saw Dr. Jose Arias, I left feeling disappointed. I felt like my concerns weren’t really heard, and the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. I also felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to his staff — his tone came across as harsh and unprofessional. It’s never a good feeling to see that kind of interaction in a healthcare setting.

I have had nothing but the best experience with this practice! I’ve had the hardest time finding a specialist that actually cares and gets to the root cause of a problem. My daughter has suffered with chronic eczema flares that are beyond description and very painful. We’ve seen dermatologist and allergist in the past but none compare to what Dr. Warit Jithpratuck has done to clear and relieve her from her severe condition. He truly listens to his patients concerns, takes his time and gets to the root of the problem. He went above and beyond to get a clear understanding of what factors triggered her condition.
