This place has been very difficult to work with. I've tried to schedule an appointment there several times. First of all I made an appointment on Zocdoc for a holiday where the office was closed. Instead of calling me to let me know they sent me an easy to miss mass email and didn't even apologize for the fact that they made a mistake on the website. Then they didn't have my insurance information correct and waited till 4:00 on a Friday when my appointment was at 10:00 on Monday so I couldn't fix the issue. After this they wouldn't give me the forms that I needed or call my insurance company for the referral that I had sent to them. Most of the allergists on my insurance are through this place but Jackie in the office has been really difficult to deal with. I will be going somewhere else.

The main reason I chose this location was for the reviews, which I can tell you are completely bogus. This was by far the worst experience at a doctors office in Atlanta that I have ever had. The little girl at the front desk needs to go work at Chick-fil-A and get a crash course and how to actually provide customer service to the public. She automatically had a bad attitude, And when I told her I did not want to sign up for email notifications, she laughed in my face and even started talking bad about me to the other ladies that she worked with. Honey, it is 2024. If I don’t want to sign up for email notifications, I don’t have to. There’s no point when I do not check my email on a regular basis. Also, The whole reason I came in was to have an allergy test. You get in there, you spend thr

I came in a couple months ago for allergy issues. I was supposed to see a doctor, but a man walked in. I thought maybe he was a nurse or something, but he introduced himself as Dr. Stahlman. I guess they had a quota they had to meet for hiring a certain number of white men or something, because he did not seem to know what he was doing. He had 3 tools in his tool belt and he seemed stumped after that. If you didn’t need antihistamines, allergy shots, or an epipen he was out of ideas. He just started suggesting random stuff like meditation and massages. They’ll just let anyone be a doctor these days.

The doctor was cool but the nurse who came in beforehand was not. She asked me routine questions but was very rude and impatient. She had asked me, “Had I been to the hospital in the past however many days?” I said, “No.” then when she asked me how long my reactions had been going on and etc. I mentioned I had to go to urgent care twice bc you guys could get me in till a month and a half later. She then said (in a rude tone) “You must not have heard me the first time I asked you.” On top of all that. I never got tested that day and had to go back to urgent care again 3 days after. Never went back!

It was an okay experience. The lady at the front desk had asked me to fill out some papers and told me that once I return them back she'll give me my license but she forgot to hand it and I didn't ask for it until it was time to pay. I asked her for my ID back and she quickly got an attitude with me saying that she gave it back. I looked in my purse and it wasn't there. She checked the copier and had it there the whole time. I felt really offended by her attitude. The charged around $140-160 for a consultation without insurance.
