This is absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever been to. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Prior to my 1st appointment the office called me 5 times to verify my insurance. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment, as instructed. I paid $250 CASH, as they had no card readers on the premise. I then proceeded to wait for 3 hours to be seen. Was only called back after I said something to the receptionist. Wasn't put into an actual exam room, and had the door shut on me before I could ask anything. Not even "the doctor will be in shortly". Dr came in, examined me. Said he was going to take some blood for labs and then call in a prescription for me. A prescription was never called in. Ok, so, after reading responses from the owner of this place, I have to give you a 1 star rating for the way you talk to people. Even if you are correct and they're wrong, you don't start off by saying "we have no idea who you are". Its unprofessional, don't talk like that to people. Ever. Telling them that they made "bad decisions and that they "have to own it" is RIDICULOUS. Be a professional or find a different job. This isn't it. Cut it out, be an adult, be professional, learn how to talk to people. You also said to someone "I have checked our patient database and you are not a patient of ours. I give them no stars , the don't take my medicare advantage insurance. We live in a mostly lots of retired people county. I offered to self pay and they said no. It goes against their Medicare rules. I called other Dr's I have and they found it ridiculous. Not many Allergist in this county and they are being elitist. Also, talked to Medicare and they are baffled by what the Dr's office said. I have a PPO and can use my out of network benefits for this visit. Good thing they have been flagged by Medicare,something fishy going on over there. In response to the owner, I wanted to self pay and according to my insurance since you are out of network. I would file a claim and pay out of network co-pay. I have been a patient of Dr. Leslie Tar and Dr. Karen Tar since 2018. Due to my complicated health history, I have been to countless doctors in my life. I have seen some rough ones, and that is an understatement! Out of every doctor I have ever seen, they are the ONLY ones, who actually listen to me, and take the time to talk to me. Most doctors, in today's world, unfortunately have horrible bedside manners. And since day one, it has been a breath of fresh air to feel seen and heard for once. And be treated with the respect, the way every doctor should give their patients. I am in their office at least once a month. They are genuinely the best doctors I have. Not one of my other doctors, go out of their way, the way that Leslie and Karen does. And for that, I am grateful. I highly recommen
