My family has relied on Allentown Pharmacy for 25 years. Everyone at the pharmacy always provides great customer service. John is very nice, he really cares, and he has gone above and beyond for me many times over the years. In addition to quickly taking care of prescriptions, he has answered lots of questions and alleviated concerns about certain medication interactions and side-effects. In an age when it can be very difficult to speak personally with medical staff, John is always available to patiently discuss any concerns or issues. This ongoing quality service is much appreciated.

We have seen multiple ownership changes as well as staff come and go, however, excellent customer service and very reasonable medication prices have always been consistent. Shop local. We moved to Allentown a couple of years ago and always used a big box pharmacy. Allentown pharmacy is a completely different experience. The staff are always friendly and the shop itself also has cute local gifts. The pharmacist knows me and my husband by name (and prescription) and has gone out of his way to help when he didn't need to. I definitely don't want to go back to a big box pharmacy. There's no comparison.
