Today was my first visit with my two senior cats, and I went in hoping to find a veterinary team that was not only skilled but also genuinely kind. I was looking for a place where both the veterinarian and the front desk staff treated animals and their families with respect and warmth. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were sincere and welcoming in a way that felt real...they actually smiled with their eyes and created a very positive atmosphere. The waiting room was sunny and clean, and the treatment room was also well maintained. The veterinary technician was wonderful. I've had my cat here three times, once for an exam, once for blood work, and once for a minor surgery (tooth extraction) first brought one of my cats here just bc the first exam is free, my animals usually have a different primary care. these folks are awesome, though. you can tell by the way someone handles a strange cat whether they're good for animals or not, and my cat trusted these folks. orderly, on time, my animals don't catch fleas here, and their quotes are thorough so the bill isn't a surprise.

Our Shiloh is a big boy who is treated with care and kindness at Allenstown Animal Hospital. He is calm, quiet, and patient both in the waiting area and the treatment room. Dr. O'Connell and her staff are so caring and professional. They are positive in their comments and gentle with their recommendations. There are many options but they are the best!

They were very caring and concerned with my Persian cat Simba! They would call me weekly on updates on how he was doing! They went above and beyond to ensure he is doing better. I truly appreciate the recommendation given to me to take Simba to Allentown Animal Hospital.

After feeling pretty defeated at another vets office, i called to see if AAH was taking new patients. They are! I brought my dog in today for an ear issue and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was really kind and they took the time to ask questions and answer my questions. I didnt feel so rushed. I am now taking all 3 dogs and all 4 cats to this office. 5 stars.
