5 STARS! ⭐️ This little rural hospital packs a big punch. From the moment I arrived I was met with empathy and compassion. Everyone from housekeeping to physicians should be commended for the excellent care given to everyone who passes through their doors. The nursing staff is led by an excellent CNO Terra Bailey, RN. She has put together a team of the best nurses in Allen Parish and surrounding areas. These nurses go above and beyond to ensure that the patients are cared for physically, spiritually, and emotionally. In the world we live in it's hard to find that kind of dedication. I wish I could name everyone individually. If you are in need of medical care - I wholeheartedly recommend Allen Parish Community Hospital and Allen Parish Rural Health Clinic.

I brought my daughter to the ER on 7/23 @ 3am for acute abdominal pain. We were greeted with welcomed arms by Josetta Thomas. We were then greeted with kindness by the nurse and Dr. Ryan. Dr. Ryan is an amazing, loving , caring physician. Thanks for the best service ever!

The night shift are all rock stars, but the day shift are liars, they straight up lied to me and my family several times then looked me in my eye and tried to deny it when I have a witness. I don't know what makes them think lying to a mentally unstable patient struggling with anxiety and paranoia is a good idea but I almost didn't get the help I needed at all because I could no longer trust them, thank God my family talked me back into it and calmed me down. If y'all keep lying to get ppl to do things the way you think they should y'all are gonna destroy any chance someone has at getting help and end up with a lawsuit.

I went to the ER at 3am with an acute gastroenteritis. The entire staff was amazing. From the receptionist to the nurses, Keith & Chad & Dr. Ryan. They were compassionate, treated me with love. Dr. Ryan is the best, he was definitely raised by a loving family.

The reason I dropped it a star is because after I had a surgery on my finger I went to the emergency room for help I asked for a shot of lidocaine and not only did the doctor refuse to give it to me he didn't even look at my finger at all he just stood there looking at me like I was stupid for asking for it
