I’ve been going to Allen Modern Dental for a few years now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Dr. Le is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring dentist who always takes the time to explain procedures and ensure I’m comfortable. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. The office staff is just as wonderful – Elizabeth at the front desk is amazing! She’s always welcoming, organized, and goes above and beyond to help with scheduling or insurance questions. The whole team makes you feel like you’re part of the family. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a medical provider. My Appointment was already canceled 30 minutes before my appt same day. Which I had already taken off of work & was traveling. Another time I was sent to the wrong location (this location) which is where I go but they said I was supposed to go to Plano ( the wait to be seen there was over an hour last I went) and now I’ve been told my regular office doesn’t even have an orthodontist available. Instead of fixing the issue, they expect me to adjust and travel to other locations. I’m the patient—why am I being inconvenienced for their repeated mistakes? I do want to say the staff has been kind, especially Elizabeth—she’s always super professional and helpful. U

Dr. Ward has been an awesome find for me. Her office opens all 7 days, which is awesome for patients like me, who work in offices during weekdays. I do my regular periodontal maintenance with Dr. Ward and her work has been exceptional. Her team is great, Dr. Ward herself is excellent person. Dr. Ward did 2 extractions of my teeth as well few months ago, and so far so good. I would recommend everyone to make her their primary dentist.

Allen Modern Dental has been excellent in handling all my dental needs. The dental hygienist, Jean, is an absolute gem, providing thorough and gentle care that makes my visits quick and pleasant. The state-of-the-art equipment used for my Invisalign treatment was impressive in helping straighten my teeth without the need for braces, and Dr. Le's exceptional skill in handling my tooth extraction and implant left me confident in the expertise of the entire team. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding care and results from Dental Concepts of Allen.
