Allen Family Dentistry

An honest dentist. Who would have thought it would be a challenge to find, but when I moved to town, I think I went through four or five before I found the Allen's. The last one I went to tried to tell me I developed 12 cavities in the six months since I had seen them. They have fixed a couple of things for me over the years, but only a few. They do not perform unnecessary procedures. I recommend them to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Allen family dentistry. Dr. Allen is awesome. I have been going to him for several years. Best dentist I have ever had. I was nervous when I first went. Scared of being judged and just very nervous about dental in general. Dr. Allen and his staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. He does a GREAT job and talks you through everything. My goodness what a wonderful experience I had at Allen Family Dentistry! Everyone I encountered was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is equipped with the latest technology. The consultation process and cleaning was the most thorough I’ve ever had I really appreciated that. Having my teeth cleaned and examined was so relaxing and comfortable - very enjoyable experience! Looking forward to my next six months visit!

I LOVE the hygienists and the doctors, they are all great and make the dentist experience actually enjoyable and fun. BUT since I’ve been coming to Allen Family Dentistry (for a few years) the secretary has made my family and I very uncomfortable. Between her lack of compassion and, unprofessionalism, I’m starting to not want to get my teeth cleaned because I know I have to deal with her. Recently she has been calling different people in my family to set up my appointment (I’m well above 18) and harassed my 60 year old mother to have me “not work as much so I can answer her calls and get to the dentist” (I’ve left her 3 voicemails in the last week saying I work 12 hour shifts everyday and will make an appointment when I have a day off).
