I was directed here when I needed an extraction and couldn't find anyone else who accepted my insurance in the area. The most caring and kind office I have ever dealt with. Of any kind. Ever. The receptionists and all. Incredibly kind and willing to explain every detail and answer every question. It was also the most quick and painless extraction I ever had. Highly reccomend.

We had an amazing experience at this office. My 8 year old daughter needed two teeth pulled so we have had two separate visits with Dr. Dalton. I requested nitrous only, and not sedation and he was very supportive and respectful. He is incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was very nervous both times and he remained supportive and never rushed her. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton. His assistant, Shannon was also very patient and sweet. The staff was so kind and gentle with my daughter. When we walked in for the second appointment the lady at the front desk had a big smile and said hello to my daughter and addressed her by name. It made her feel special. The staff when checking out was polite and very cheerful both times. It is so important that we don’t make children fear going to the den

My appointment (just an exam) was scheduled weeks ahead of time for today (10/02) at 10:45am. I got to the oral surgery department at about 9:45am. They did not call me back into a room until 11:30am, and then they did not begin doing anything until 11:50am. I am unable to drive and very low-income, so I have to take medical transportation to and from any appointments. It's very strict; if I am not ready to get on the van at the time I scheduled to go home, I miss the ride and I am stuck there. My ride to go home was scheduled at noon. They took x-rays at 11:50am, and then I needed to rush to the entrance of the hospital so I wouldn't miss my ride. The exam was not completed at all, it was a huge waste of time, and all they said was "we'll call you."

They fit me on their busy schedule as an emergency room referral which I was so grateful for. Dr. Assetta was great. Very kind and gentle when I was absolutely terrified. I unfortunately had to have a tooth extracted. It was very quick and easy. This was a few days ago and I have had zero pain at all. I definitely reccomended her. The rest of the staff were extremely kind as well. Updated to 2 stars as their financial department has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. They collected my balance at the time of service (I have a receipt) only to find out months later that I had an additional $135 balance that they never sent me a bill for prior to placing my account with a collection agency. The first notification I ever got about the balance was from the collection agency. That's not

I do not recommend this office. I had a molar extracted 6 weeks ago & have been complaining of pain in my jaw, ear & sinus cavity. They told me it looks fine but no sign of infection but still gave me antibiotics that didn’t work. They prescribed the same antibiotic twice & wanted to a third time but I refused it due to it not working. I had seen them in their office 3 times after extraction with no relief. They told me to follow up with my dentist that it might be another tooth that’s bothering me. I follow up just 2 hours after leaving their office & my dentist knew it was from the extraction sight, takes an X-ray & sees that it’s still infected 6 weeks later! He prescribed me a stronger antibiotic & a follow up appointment for another X-ray to make sure the infection is gone. A regular
