AllCare Primary & Immediate Care: Reynoldstown

Went for a follow up appointment and the front desk receptionist refused to let me into my appointment because I was 3 mins late beyond their “grace period” Which was not expressed prior to my appointment .. She claims the appointment was only going to be 15 mins, which would’ve given a 5 minute grace period but 30 minute appointments get a 10 minute grace period. I asked , how was I supposed to know the appointment length if that’s internal info and it says that NO WHERE on my appointment info and my first visit I was told a different grace period.. The office was literally EMPTY, not one person was waiting. And she turned me away. This was my second time going to this office and this experience alone has turned me off from going here any further.

While I’ve consistently had positive experiences with Dr. Daniels, my interactions with the front desk staff have been disappointing and concerning. I had a follow-up appointment today and arrived about 11 minutes late due to multiple road closures in my area. When I walked in, I was not greeted; instead, I heard someone named Brie immediately tell another staff member, “She’s late, mark her as late.” This happened without any acknowledgment or conversation, which felt abrupt and unwelcoming. I apologized for being late, and the front desk explained that there is now a 5-minute grace period for 15-minute appointments. While I understand the need for policies, this felt overly strict, especially for midweek appointments when many patients like myself, are trying to fit care in around work

Highly recommend this primary care center and Dr. Daniels as your provider. Dr. Daniels is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. She takes the time to answer all your questions and proactively clarifies any billing details before your visit to help you avoid unexpected charges. Her professionalism and care are truly outstanding. The staff are also friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming environment while keeping appointments moving. I couldn’t recommend this primary care team more for your annual checkups and immunizations--the only problem is that you may want to visit more than just once a year! Thank you for all that you do.

I liked the nice waiting area, the friendly receptionists, the nurse was inexperienced with taking my blood pressure, but she was really sweet. The nurse practitioner, Lily was very sweet and gentle with taking care of my wound. I told her I can NOT take a harsh chemical based antibiotic because I have diverticulitis, but she prescribed one anyway. I WILL NOT DESTROY MY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM CAUSING MORE DAMAGE, SO SHE CAN GET HER COMMISSION OFF MY PURCHASE OF CEPHALEXIN!!!!! She could have prescribed something holistic to help my wound get well. Two stars was generous!!!

Dr. Kenyatta Collins was so amazing. She made me feel safe, comfortable during an uncomfortable procedure (a pap), and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. I will be going out of my way to see her for future appointments. Can’t recommend enough!
