I went in yesterday and was SO nervous, but Jasmine did a great job with calming me down, and with my check-up. She helped to put my mind at ease and I was in and out in no time. I really appreciate this location for always making their patients feel informed, comfortable, and advocated for❤️.

I highly recommend this location as they are so kind. Kelton is very proficient and was able to get me scheduled swiftly for care. Watson was such a great listener and she truly knew how to make sure I felt cared for. Thank you so much for the great experience.

My experience here today was completely unacceptable. I took off from work today because I had a severe health concern…arrived at this urgent care and was asked to wait outside for nearly two hours for the next appointment. After all that time, I was casually informed that the physician had to “pick up her son” — completely disregarding my concern. My only alternative was to drive to another location and wait over another hour to be seen..something I could have done while sitting in my car for 2 hours. The level of disregard for a patient’s well-being was unprofessional and disappointing. No type of empathy, communication, and respect were shown. I was treated like an inconvenience and will have to drive home with a heightened level of pain from the medical problem I am already experienci

My experience was amazing the doctor comfortable and respected communication is very clear time management is good and the office staff are very helpful and professional.

I had an appointment this evening and from the moment I walked in I knew I made a great choice. Quintara was so pleasant and welcoming. Pat was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Jasmine was amazing. She made the appointment go by with ease. I will definitely make AllCare my primary care from now on. Thank you for a comfortable experience.
