I had the best experience with Doctor Sylvia and her entire staff. I just recently moved back to Atlanta, in search for a reliable doctor and she Handled me with care, professionalism, and resolution. I’ve dealt with doctors in the past who were not attentive nor cared or just simply lacked empathy. But she was direct, compassionate, & realistic in all of her responses while still maintaining empathy. The woman at the front desk ( I didn’t catch her name ) was phenomenal. She made me laugh throughout my visit , not knowing how nervous I was. She’s a true gem to the office and is the light and welcoming energy that’s needed as soon as you enter . I can proudly call Doctor Sylvia my doctor and I look forward to my next visits. I know I am in good hands . Thank you ladies for handlin

10/10 ABSOLUTELY recommend!! From Brittany, front office to Kee being soooo helpful and sweet to Erica being so sweet & accommodating.. I couldn’t have chosen a better urgent care. The cherry on top was Dr.Crystal. She treated my daughter with sooo much love care & respect. Thank you for being thorough and covering ALL bases!!! Her kind and sweet demeanor made treatment so easy. Thank you alllll for taking such good care if my baby ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been to AllCare several times and have had a great experience with each one. Erica has just a down to earth and welcoming energy. She’s very knowledgeable when educating me on any questions I have and is willing to make my visit experience pleasant from the moment I walk in. Molly is very kind and fast when preparing me for my appointments, it was easy to trust everything was done with attention to detail. Dr. Brayboy is amazing. I was quickly able to trust that she had my best interest in mind with every concern that I had. I appreciate how detailed she is to make sure I have everything I need to be in my best health. I’m really glad that she is my primary care doctor.

I had a very negative experience here and will not be returning. From start to finish, the visit felt sloppy, unprofessional, and poorly managed. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited over 40 minutes just to see the doctor. While checking in, the front desk nurse asked me what concerns I wanted to address that day and expected me to say them out loud at the desk. Luckily, no other patients were in the waiting room at that moment, but that should never be how sensitive medical information is handled. There was zero regard for privacy. While I was still waiting, another nurse came up to the front desk and proceeded to openly talk about internal issues right in front of patients, including who was fired, who quit, the high turnover rate, and even someone getting a raise they “didn’t e

I had an amazing experience at All Care Urgent Care, all thanks to Erica at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly patient, helpful, and attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was her positive attitude and sense of humor. she made a stressful situation feel so much lighter. Erica truly sets the tone for excellent customer service, and she’s a big reason I’ll be coming back.
