AllCare Primary & Immediate Care: Buckhead

My annual physical ended up being in one my worst days in recent times, i was a wreck but didnt cancelled due to cancellation fees. And i was glad i didnt, this was my 1st time at this place and i was treated with such kindness that aliviated my feelings. The doctor and everyone in the clinic were excellent with me. I got my physical and mental health checked out by very good professionals and very kind human beings. I recomend this clinic to every one. Ps: no wait time at all, i was actually seen before my appointment time.

Tiffany was kind and did an amazing job of drawing my blood. I usually struggle with that but she used all her tricks to avoid them and it worked. Dr Evelyn also is very nice and has a great breadth of knowledge and advice. I'm enjoying this as a primary care

My review has to do with their billing protocols. I visited on a Friday afternoon and after work. I thought it was cool that the facility had convenient hours for those who are not available during the work day. But I received a big bill and those charges included a charge for being seen after 5 and/or the weekend. That's really not cool. If you are open during these hours, don't charge extra fees because you serviced during those hours. It's not like you opened specifically for me, you were already open. I paid the bill but won't be back because that's lack of integrity. Life is already expensive enough, don't treat people like that.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have no complaints. Everyone is super nice and friendly. My PCP, Evelyn, is the best, and today Tiffany drew my blood—she was bubbly, friendly, and made me feel very safe and comfortable. I will definitely continue coming here!

SCAM!!! Heed the warning of all the billing reviews on here. I had preventative care and picked them because they were available pretty soon (for a reason). Got stuck having to go to another location for lab work, months later stuck with bills and wrong information for a.preventative.screening. Literally just blood work that I am functioning human and 6 months of headache and wrong billing. I still have no answers. They are unhelpful and then labcorp is unhelpful and then apparently you are the one who is responsible for calling and following up. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!
