I've done business with allcare for two years never had any problems everyone was always very nice and helpful until two days ago , one of the younger girls was rude in telling me I had to call my doctor for a refill and I pointed it out to her , she hung up in my face , of course I called back , then I asked to speak to manager he got on phone accused me of lying on his young female employee and told me I could take my business elsewhere if I wanted to. Very poor customer service!!!!!

I walked into Allcare right at closing time and needed assistance and they did not hesitate to help me. I dealt with Beth on the medical equipment side and she went above and beyond to make sure I was straight. She even called a couple days later and asked if I needed anything. Wow best experience ever.

I had to go here unexpectedly for some much needed items for a family member. I was clueless as to what I needed and how the whole process worked with insurance and all. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Beth was especially attentive and kind. I am so glad that I chose Allcare for our loved ones needs. We will be back!

We just switched my elderly mother's prescriptions here. They have been awesome to her and even prepackaged her medications into little packets for am and pm. You guys have made her so happy and been so friendly to her. Thank you very much.
