K. To b honest if u want straightforward this dr will.. cant give a 5 cause they are not by no means 5 stars but they aint bottom either… flaws are at every practice. It’s all how they handle things.. if u want to give them a try go for it. Just because I didn’t have 100% great experience doesn’t mean you or your family won’t. The only sucky thing that I will say is the phone situation and front desk, they need to get someone to deal with that while they are doing what they need to do…

I scheduled a consultation, saw Dr. Klanut, he wasn't too bad but kinda cut & dry. I was told I'd be numbed for 2 teeth to be extracted, I asked about being sedated to sleep & was told they don't do that there, however...the website states they do. After seeing this information days after my consultation, I emailed the office-no reply, I then have called all day over & over since they're back in the office after Labor Day vacation & I cannot get an answer whatsoever. I'd like a good explanation as to why I was told sleep sedation isn't done there but the website clearly states they do & if they don't that's misinformation. I also would like an explanation as to why no other sedation methods weren't suggested.

Reading the reviews I was so scared going in to have my wisdom teeth removed, but I had a great experience. My consult and my surgery both went smooth, the dentist absolutely knew what he was doing. I’m a week post-op and the minimal swelling and bruising I had is already gone.

I went for wisdom teeth removal today. The oral surgeon, Kenneth Klamut, is an extremely rude and totally unprofessional individual. He expressed high annoyance and frustration to me today. They had me strapped down by the arms, so when I needed to raise my hand to ask an important question I had, I couldn’t. So I tried to speak the question, but there was gauze in my mouth, everytime I tried, this dude tried to scold me and tell me to close it. It became instantly weird and was extremely abnormal type of talking to a client. I finally got the chance to tell him to stop being so rude to me, and to treat me with a little respect. His response was the response of a pouting teenager, an uncaring “….. ok”. I’m never going back there. This “professional” has the mindset of an angsty teen. Lots

Staff is okay, oral surgeon is not personable at all. First time ever having anything done to my teeth in 29 years of life and I got my wisdom teeth out. Since surgery I’ve been back twice, once for dry socket, second for residual pain. I was worried about an infection. I haven’t been able to eat and the pain makes it even difficult to speak. I felt his irritation and the lack of any kind of respect as he spoke to me. That made an already not so good experience worse. But I’m sure we’re just another number and they don’t care either way. This is where they send you if on Medicaid in the area. I don’t recommend coming here if it’s for wisdom teeth.
