All med urgent care PC.

Ridiculous place. I went here did a blood test never got my results. Went back in for another appointment and when I asked about the results was told everything was good (bear in mind I did not see these results). Another time I was called tell me I had missed my appointment which I had no idea I had one in the first place, I asked to reschedule and they said they did. I took the day off from work to go only to be told they had no record that I had an appointment. I signed in either way for a cold and sore throat I had, I talked to the doctor about other issues and she took a Urine sample. I waited more than a week with no call back or no results or anything, when I finally called I was told they had no record of a Urine sample being taken! So tell me what was i waiting for?

Very disappointed. Their online listing says they’re open until 3, but when I tried calling, no one answered. I drove all the way there only to find the place completely closed. Total waste of my time. If they can’t update their hours or at least answer the phone, I can’t trust them for urgent care.

I've had a good experience at this doctor's office. I really appreciate the convenience of being able to choose between walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, which makes visits more pleasant. One thing to note is that Mondays tend to have longer wait times, likely due to higher patient volume. Dr. Ratnasingham is excellent, very warm, friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to about any concerns. The only issue I've had is that a few appointments have been scheduled without my knowledge, which was confusing and inconvenient. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place for medical care.

I highly recommend to visit this location.its been many years, I have never gone anywhere else because of the GOOD TEAM at the reception. All the staff members SHAMINDER , AMAN and RUCHIKA are always welcoming and make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. they always help me to make my follow up appointment according to my convenience and i get every test and report on time .Their positive attitude and helpfulness make my visit everytime a great experience also Dr.ROSHANI is experienced and friendly .i really appreciate their attention to the patients and the way they always make me feel like a valued patient .

Went there today 7/31/2025 and as a person who's in the medical field also i must say Ms. Shaminder,Ruchika and Aman are dependable, kind and courteous workers,,we definitely need more knowledgeable and helpful human beings like these....definitely will go there again.....
