All Med Urgent Care PC

Best clinic I have ever been to! The staff is so helpful and efficient, the waiting time was very short compared to any other medical office I have ever been to. The providers were so kind and actually took the time to listen to you and work with you to see what your best treatment will be. I highly recommend this office.

After waiting outside for over an hour in the cold, I was the next person to go in and as I waited by the glass door. A bunch of people started pushing their way through because they said they had “questions”. Anyway, the ones waiting behind me started yelling at me not to let them in! I responded with: I am not a security guard nor do I work there. What was I supposed to do?. When I told the lady at the front desk, she was so rude and dismissive. She basically told me I would be waiting a very long time to be seen by a doctor. I will never come back here again... not helpful not friendly at all!

Me and my husband had to wait more than an hour to have a pcr test, when it was our turn they said that they don't accept 'health first'. Then they said to us wait but nobody help us or told us what happen. Again we ask for information and they said we have to wait but we can't understand anything. 2 hours later we where upset because our patience has gone. Awful place.

Tested this morning at All Med, for the 3rd time. Even with about 20 people ahead of me, we were in and out in no time. They are way better than standing in these crazy long queues at other urgent care places

I Got tested Tuesday PCR test and I was told to call the next day for results and it’s now Friday . I’ve been calling every day all through out the day and not once did someone pick up the phone and the results are not uploaded to the portal . I get it’s super busy but I was legitimately told to call for the results . I’ve tried to call the other locations and they all don’t answer so I guess it’s this company .
