All Family Dental and Braces

Just moved to Berwyn and needed a new dentist and had a great experience as a first time new patient. Had my X-rays taken and cleaning done. I was attended by the hygienist Anna and she was great! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I give All Family Dental and Braces @Berwyn 5 stars. The hygienist Anna was very gentle and thorough throughout my cleaning. Teeth and gums can te d to be sensitive. She is spot on with everything. Julia and Jesse whom work up front really get you in in a timely manner.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly (within a week) for a new patient visit. Very clean, staff was friendly and informative. Loved that everything was explained to me and they answered any question I had. Very affordable. Already recommended them to a couple people.

Dr. Media Refused to give me a teeeh cleaning and instead tried to sell me a deep cleaning that required an out of pocket and for my insurance to pay more. This play is horrible and refused to provide the service that I came in for. She sited an oath she took to provide care for patients which to i responded isn’t a normal cleaning better than no cleaning at all? And she told me to go to another dentist to get a normal cleaning.

So disappointed, they do not respect your appointment time. my son appointment was at 12:40 (we arrived at 12:30) and they kept calling ppl who were arriving after us. After about 45min (1:20pm) waiting patiently I asked how much longer since my child is toddler (2yrs old !) and doesn’t have much patience ,they said he was next then continued to call 2 other patients that LITERALLY came in no more than 10 mins ago after asking. Then they try to set us in a room after an hour waiting! my son was to tired at this point that we had to walk out and cancel the appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I don’t understand why not room us first before the adults who came in AFTER us. No communication or nothing, they just had us waiting until I said something.
