Went to them after adopting a cat that the humane society originally stated that they were going to pay for the spay of. I called ahead of time to make sure. Nothing was said to me when I showed up except that they called them. Came to pick up my cat and was greeted with a $325.00 bill. I will never take my pets here again. I recommend you look elsewhere for a vet.

I can't believe I haven't posted a review sooner! Dr. Wade Morrison has been helping me manage my rescue dog's autoimmune disorder since I brought her home in 2019 (and routine care for my other dog since well before then). He and his entire team has provided exemplary care through routine visits, injuries, late night emergencies, etc. Countless blood panels, urinalysis, ultrasounds, and when he's unsure of something he'll consult with other specialists to make sure we have an answer and a treatment plan that works for us. He even brought in his own hound dog when my sweet girl needed an emergency blood transfusion, on a Friday night, after hours (and the sweet reception staff tried to let her keep them company the day following when I couldn't pick her up right away - she's a little too t

Trying to charge me 103 dollars after we paid 200+ for my cat. they were nice at first and then after we got my cat back they switched up and started trying to charge us more. they just want your money. I do not recommend this place. I genuinely hate being this type of person but all they are, are money hungry at this point.

Our dogs have been coming to All Creatures for 5 years and we love their staff. We always feel welcome and Putter (12) and Poppy (3) are always greeted with smiles and helping hands. I really appreciate the front office, the techs and our vet. If you’re looking for quality and family owned practice this is the place for you!

TLDR: Despite specifically requesting my cat's X-rays be sent to CSU (where I have a contact), the vet sent them elsewhere without consent and charged me for it. When I, a loyal customer for 5 years who has always paid my balance at the time of visit, disputed the unauthorized charge, I was told the vet has "full authority" to make decisions and charge at will. Poor communication, billing issues, and unprofessional service culminated in being hung up on, threatened with collections, and invited to have my records sent to another veterinary clinic.
