Im horrible with names, but the young Dentist that is here on Tuesdays is amazing. I've had dental issues in the past and previous dentist made me feel like I was going crazy. He saw me last week and said my issue is I needed old fillings re done. Went today and had it done in 20 min, I feel so much better. Will continue to see him.

The service was fine, nothing truly exceptional. The wait time was abysmal and their schedule management is horrible. I went with my father on August 23. They told us to come back on December 13 at 9 AM. My father called on December 10 to confirm his appointment. It is apparently on December 17 at 12 PM. He got mad, so I'm leaving this review as a reflection of our experience, since I also recommended he choose a different place after waiting nearly two hours at this overbooked place the first time. I also remember watching someone get up after waiting 2 hours and they were from New York or something, said they couldn't wait any longer. Second visit was way better, we got in pretty quick. Got to wait a long time for a follow up though.

While the procedure itself was excellent—completely painless, and the doctor along with the assisting staff were truly amazing—my issue is with the payment process. Before and during my visit, I specifically asked about the cost of an extraction and was given a price range, which I was prepared for. However, after the procedure, when I went to pay, I was told they didn’t have change and then was suddenly informed that, since it was my first visit, I also had to pay for a consultation and x-rays. This additional cost was never mentioned to me beforehand. I felt blindsided and honestly, I left the office feeling like I had been robbed, especially since that was my last bit of money. If you want good work on your root canal and getting the crown you pay for... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I paid for a porcelain front crown, found out in a different dentist it's not fully porcelain. It has the metal which makes the tooth look black.

The staff is so polite and kind and helpful. Happy to be a patient there. My family are patients there as well. I recommend them 😊
