I'm only mentioning this to compare AAAH to other vets. Back in 2023 my Cane Corso mix needed to see his vet for his swollen paw due to allergies, that he gets about once a year, they were not taking patients that week because they were in the process of switching to new owners, one of those big corporations that own clinics all over the country. I googled other vets, called All American AH and they were busy that week, and suggested another vet. I went there, took his records from the old vet, told them about the allergies and how they always treated him with prednisone. They told me my 9 year old dog was very old, overweight, and likely had cancer all over, not allergies, and wouldn't treat the allergies until after I spent over $2,500, and they couldn't find cancer on my "old, overweig

My cat was vomiting after every meal. I told them it's been 2-3 days. The vet did an Xray and gave him Barium (Charcoal) then IV fluids and stayed over night. In the morning they did Xray again and collected poop showing pieces of corn. I told them it's not the cause of the vomiting because he has been vomiting for 2-3 days and he just ate corn by accident 2 hours before I took him in. The vet just ignored me and said he is all better and good to take home. My cat vomited again after I fed him the food they gave me. ID brand easy digestion food. The total cost was $600 all for nothing. What a waste of money. They also charge me $10 for showing me the pop had pieces of corn. They won't let me have the expensive Xray that I paid for and said they will only sent to another vet since I do not

Dropped off my dog December 31st and asked the clerk if they were open sunday Jan 4th to pick up my dog. She stated they were closed and I would have to pick up Monday Jan 5th. I asked if the dogs were alone for 24 hours because they were not open. She stated they had an attendant but they were closed to the public. I informed the clerk I wouldn't pick her up until Monday Jan 5th then. I paid for several days boarding and a full groom of my dog. When I picked her up on Monday my dog smelled like urine and was shedding like crazy. I called the front desk and they stated my dog was given a bath on Friday Jan 2nd and it was my fault because she said I failed to let anyone know I was picking my dog up on Jan 5th. Dr B helped my little French bulldog when he dislocated his knee. He’s been the family vet for a really long time. The price is extremely reasonable and used laser therapy that had Memphis up and back to his old self with just two sessions. Highly recommend.

We bought our Labradoodle at Puppy town in Chinatown and I wanted a rescue but was having issues finding the right hypoallergenic dog. After bringing our beautiful puppy home she developed kennel cough and we were told to take her All American. The doctor was very thorough explaining that she had pneumonia and he would have to keep her up to 2 weeks. Long story short he saved her life and we now drive all the way from Lake Las Vegas just to make sure he takes care of her. The front desk girls are great and will never go anywhere else.
