This place was recommended when I moved to the area. Took my two poodles for physicals and yearly vaccines. $888.00 Mentioned ear problem with my little boy poodle and they said no infection and gave a wash to use (not gave, actually expensive wash) and it made ear issue worse. Called back and they said come back in for another office visit $57 more dollars. Decided to try a second opinion Veterinarian Hospital down the street a little further and two severe ear infections that progressively got worse in three weeks of using wash the vet recommended. I don’t even feel like they looked in his ears as they took each dog in back for exam. I have no idea what all I paid for but will not be back for this expensive lack of exam/physical/ knowledge. Live and learn I guess the expensive way. Ver

The care they gave to my babies was great. They were kind, professional and explained everything so well! They weren’t pushy with a ton of unnecessary treatments but gave options on what were needed. Thank you Dr Darby and team for being so great!

I have been going here for years and seen it go downhill the last year or so. I called recently to set up an appointment because my dog needed her annual visit and her Apoquel refilled. Her annual visit was not due until 2/28. I scheduled her appt for 2/27 just because I couldn't get down there sooner since I am in the middle of tax season. I asked for a 7-day extension on her Apoquel to get her through to her appt. The lady at the front desk said, "no they won't do that since she is due for her annual." UMMM she's not due until 2/28 and I am calling on 2/19 and her appt I scheduled is on 2/27 so she's not due yet. She did not say hang on let me ask or nothing. Took great care of my mother’s dog on his last day. They let her stay as long as she needed with him. Great staff.

I’m new to the area, my doxie did something or ate something and around midnight his face started swelling, by morning it got worse. A friend recommended All About Pets, I was at their doors when they opened !!! I walked in with my little guy, and they were just amazing, from the front desk to Dr Ramsay - the entire staff took care of us and I will always be appreciative of them for doing so. I didn’t think I could find another great vet practice, but I found one here in Whitesboro. Cannot recommend them enough and going above and beyond to help my boy. His swelling went down within 24hrs and I’m extremely relieved. If you’re in the Whitesboro area and looking for a great vet, make sure you call them.
