All About Kids Pediatrics

I was so excited to start bringing my kids here but I missed my son’s 9 month appointment because of a family emergency. When I called to reschedule they said I was dismissed from the practice and couldn’t go there. When I asked why they said because I wasted an hour of the practitioners time. So for 1 hour when they make so much money from these babies they said we can never come back. ? They should change the name from all about kids to all about doctors. Not being funny just being honest. I’m glad it didn’t work out because I wouldn’t want to send my kids to a place where they are supposed to be cared for but instead they are looked as a number. This place just clearly doesn’t care about your children or mine.

My 4 children have been patients at this practice since they’ve been born going back to 2011. However, the last appointment (or lack thereof), I was left very disappointed and frustrated. I called ahead to let them know we were on our way but running 14 minutes late. I was initially told that it was okay but was proceeded to be put on hold after which I was told that I would have to reschedule. I was already at this point down the street so I drove in to speak to them in person, thinking surely- they wouldn’t turn us away. There was no one in the waiting room and it seemed quiet in the office. But no, we were indeed turned away. How can you turn someone around for being 4 minutes past the grace period? I understand there are rules put in place but surely you can extend some grace to patien

Not sure why they don’t have 5 stars, this is an amazing place and the Dr is great, very kind. We see the infant doc.

I'm not sure why some reviews are negative. We've never had issues and never had to wait long before being called into the back. Appointments don't feel rushed. The facilities are welcoming and clean. Having lived somewhere else and gone to an inferior set up years ago, this place really feels well organized from start to finish. My kids have been patients at this practice since we relocated to Gwinnett in 2012. It's the only office my youngest has ever needed.

The ultimate care facility, we have had truly the best experience with them and would recommend them to all! They take time to educate parents in polite mannerly ways. Dr. Overcash has made a wonderful team that keeps children's well being the top priority. From well-checks to sick visits the staff are overly accomadating to the needs of the children. The best breastfeeding and nutritional support ! Thank you for all the dedicated work! Visits are not overwhelming and scheduling is great, they do not spend too much time in the waiting room.
