If I could give this company a zero star I would . 1st off billing is absolutely ridiculous. They tried to over charge my insurance and when they give you a treatment plan make sure to save every single one it will save you in the long run . My son's bill went from 500 hundred to 800 . Well they tried charging me that by ranking up my insurance and saying they didnt cover it when they did. They ended up owing me money back and it took almost a year to pay back and they didnt even it pay it my insurance had to cut me the check cause I never got it .They will never give you corporate number . Once they know your trying to get ahold of them about billing issues they never get back to you doesnt matter how many voicemails you leave. They will even acknowledge that they got them to. Its crazy.

Took my 3 year old here for the first time, after having a not so comfortable experience with her previous dentist. She did so much better here, and the entire staff was so welcoming and supportive. We have found our new dentist! Can’t wait to bring my son here once he’s old enough. Thank you guys!

My daughter needed extensive work done and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB. This is our first time using them (Chesterton location). They were a recommendation from my dentist and they have excellent customer service and their onboarding as a new patient was impeccable. We will remain customers from now on. My daughter feels like family.

I took my 2 year old son there today, and I cannot express how satisfied I am. First, special shoutout to the dental hygienist Oceanna. She showed my son every tool she used, let him look at it, and talked to him the entire time. He was smiling the whole time. She is absolutely amazing with children, and we are excited to go back. We also loved the receptionist, Tiffany. She was so kind and gave my son some stickers and a little blue dog that he hasn’t stopped playing with. Tiffany also worked very quickly and efficiently! Overall, I am very pleased with our visit, as this was my toddler’s first time ever seeing a dentist and we were both nervous. We look forward to returning! Absolutely amazing patient care and service.

Today my 10 year old daughter, for the first time (other than regular cleanings) had to get a baby tooth pulled. This was our first trip to All about kids dental in Chesterton. This staff from scheduling to the visit. We're all absolutely amazing. Kudos to you at this office. I was so relieved and extremely happy to have found your facility. Keep doing what you're doing.
