All About Eyes

I’ve been going to this office for over 15 plus years. The dynamics have definitely changed. When I walked in there was no eye contact, just a how can I help you. When asked why I was here? I was then ordered to sit down. While I was waiting for the optician, I could here the staff gossiping about a fellow colleague’s performance as if their intentions were to oust her out ( very unprofessional). Receptionist needs more training in her customer service skills both on the phone and customer facing. Two words, I would recommend are kindness and empathy and these words will take your business to the next level. This response is a reflection of what customers are seeing and hearing , not a pleasant experience and is solely to recommend that the office improves their customer service p

My wife and I go here for our exams and corrective eyewear solutions. My wife got a great pair of glasses here recently. I got my contact supply and am very happy with them. Also, the optometrist is very flexible to the brand of contact you would like to try and wear. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My son is going to get new pair of glasses here soon.

I used to see Dr. Pearcy when I was in high school many years ago but I'm now under Dr. Tran's care. All of the staff at this office are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them to you!

I recently had an eye exam at All About Eyes , and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff (patty) was welcoming and professional. The office was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Tran was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each step of the exam. I appreciated how they answered all my questions and made sure I understood my eye health and the importance of regular check-ups. The technology used during the exam was state-of-the-art, and I felt confident that I was receiving top-notch care. After my exam, the staff (Patty) helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses and provided me with all the information I needed about my prescription. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I do not recommend them. Dr. Percy and their team is not informative about benefits. Not willing to communicate clearly. Their prices are outrageous compared to most other eye glass stores. I will definitely NOT ever use them or recommend them.
