If I can give zero stars I would. I had an appointment today at 4pm and they call me 2 hours prior and cancel. I had to take off work and they couldn't accommodate any other day for late times. Completely unacceptable practice and disregard for people's schedule. If a doctor needs to leave then they should find coverage and honor appointments. Update: I was quoted an outrageous amount to get teeth fixed. Called my insurance and they provide me with a document that says it was covered. Been leaving voicemail and emails and can't get anyone to respond to provide me with a copy of the treatment plan to compare to my insurance. If covered like it seems, I could have had it all fixed instead of waiting and playing phone tag. Don't have emails or voicemail if you can't respond within a week. No

The reason that I have rated this place 1 star is because, despite the fact that the pediatric dentist is amazing and great with kids, she is NEVER there. She is there twice a month and she has canceled our appointments more times than my son has actually been to see her. The front desk receptionists are absolutely horrid, take forever to respond and react as if they way have no clue how to schedule an appointment - probably because they never know when their dentists will actually show up to work.

All they care about is selling you!!!! Zero stars!!! Accidentally scheduled with them again this year with even worse behavior then last year! I had to be sure to write on the financial sheet and remind them to not do any procedures not covered by my insurance. Last year they refused to do a basic cleaning on me because they were trying to sell me and under the gum cleaning that would take 4 visits!! I ended up getting a bill for a service that never happened and going to another dentist for a cleaning who had no issues doing what is covered. Anyway this time after all my disclosures from last year the dentist came in to sell me again. I told him no thanks…just the basic cleaning. He told the assistant to do it and then they argued outside my room at full ears length! Completely unprofessi

Had an appointment with Dr. Brown only to find out when I got there Dr. Brown left the practice (no communication to her patients). Was seen by Dr. Yang who didn’t like the fact I questioned her and told me to get a second opinion which I did. When I tried to reschedule an appointment I was told Dr. Yang doesn’t feel comfortable seeing me anymore because I questioned her (told this by the receptionist). They did me a favor. I couldn’t stand this office anyway. They now lost 6 patients. There is a reason this office is a revolving door of patients and doctors. The doctor who owns the group doesn’t even work there. He needs to read these reviews just to know how his office is run. Out of 6 of us in my family, only one even gets follow up reminders.

I’d give negative star if I could. So I’ve been going to this office for my braces for solid three and a half years. I just had my braces taken off yesterday and I got home feeling all excited to see my teeth. I realized that I had severe cavities because of the length that I had my braces on. If it was only for 2 years, this issue would not happen. But because how irresponsible they’ve always been, my cavities have gotten really bad now. ( they even blew me off on the day I was supposed to go in and have my braces adjustment because “the doctor was not there”.) okay I’ve gone through everything and never complained once.
