Dr. Goodwin is very professional and courteous. I like the fact that Dr. Goodwin is up to date on the latest technologies and medical services available. She is extremely knowledgeable and informed. Dr. Goodwin is quick to follow up with all my referrals and services. Most importantly, she is easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable discussing my medical needs with her. Dr. Goodwin is the first doctor I've had that genuinely cares about her patient's health. I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time to be called back and I have never felt rushed with during my appointments. The previous reviewer must have mixed up the doctor's names.

My family went to this doctor, we each had an appointment, my husband, me and my two daughters so we had two hours for us. She had us all come together and it took less than a hour. We were all in the same room. I have two teenagers that should have had there own appointments. We all should have had our own appointments. My husband asked to get blood work, he asked to get a colonoscopy because he was worried, he asked to get his cholesterol checked and we did not have any follow ups for him. I asked about a mammogram and no follow ups or referrals for that. My husband had CoVid and we asked if we could get ivermectin and she didn’t believe in it so she said we could figure something else out. I care for my mother who is an invalid. We were given a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Goodwin. She was very caring and helpful. She gave us referrals for tests and also called in prescriptions for my mother. Thank you Dr. Goodwin!

I am a 67 year old woman with a serious health concern. I am a patient of a different doctor in this building. I had a very urgent need to use the bathroom very near their office. I could NOT make it up stairs to my doctor to get the code to the bathroom. I entered their office as for me it was a real emergency. I politely asked if I could interrupt a patient checking in. I SAID EXCUSE ME IM A PATIENT UPSTAIRS I CAN'T MAKE IT UP STAIRS, MAY I PLEASE HAVE THE BATHROOM CODE??? To this I received a very nasty response and lecture from a receptionist half my age (Zero respect towards a Senior Lady) for interrupting her Patient Check in. Followed by a rapidly stated code #.
