I’ve been to this location for breast imaging twice yearly for the last several years, and have always been treated with care and compassion by the techs, desk staff, and doctors. Recently a different radiologist flagged something and suggested I get a biopsy. While you can think of much more pleasant things to do, I can’t say enough about Dr. Alison Price, the breast surgeon I was fortunate enough to see. Not only did she make me feel comfortable immediately but she walked me through her interpretation of my films and discussed my options in super clear ways that were easy to understand. I rarely leave reviews anywhere but I want women to understand what a wonderful surgeon and doctor she is. I feel both safe and reassured in her office. Doctor Price continued to be diligent in my care (lots of follow ups, MRIs, and occasional biopsy due to dense breasts and family history) while at the same time, speaking to me as a person, not just a potential law suit or number in her office. She calms my nerves and I feel completely safe in her care.

In Oct of 2023, my routine mammo and ultrasound showed I had an increase in calcifications. I had a double biopsy, which revealed I had a lump which was ADH bordering on DCIS. Afterwards, I was referred to Dr. Alison Price. My mind was in total disarray. I was given a TON of opinions: go to this one, go to that one, go to Sloan and so on. My husband and I met with Dr. Price and we instantly LOVED HER. She laid everything out as to what I was to expect and she calmed my crazy head (almost an impossible feat). Dr. Price is articulate, highly proficient in her craft, and had AMAZING bedside manner. I chose to have her perform the lumpectomy, which thankfully is all I needed at the time. I am BLESSED to meet and been referred to ALL the doctors at Summit Medical and especially Dr. Price!! Not only is she beautiful in spirit n looks, she is smart, capable, forthright, trustworthy, caring n met me at my level.

She is such an amazing Dr!! So kind and compassionate. She explains everything and tells it like it is, in a compassionate way. She is the best.
