Although I have never met this provider I was coming in as a new patient , this rating is for staff. I called on a Monday was scheduled for the Friday they Verified insurance every thing was fine. The day before my appointment I received a call somewhat of a pre screening I was told I can’t be seen because I’m expecting and referred me to my obgyn . I’m completely aware of what a pcp does and a obgyn does so I don’t understand why I was denied care . Now I’ve worked in the medical field and for an insurance company I’ve never heard such nonsense . This seemed as if the staff was not aware that this was discriminatory or maybe they were missed informed idk Either way I was very disappointed and couldn’t wrap my head around why would a Dr deny care .

Dr.Tyndall is absolutely amazing and she proves that there are still doctors left that actually care about the wellbeing of their patients. She is honest, understanding & goes above and beyond to make sure her patients needs are being met. I am speaking from experience because sometimes people like to act like you are annoying them or asking too much when it comes to YOUR health but she doesn’t act like that and really tries to help you the best she can, she also doesn't mind getting on the phone to explain things to you herself if she needs too. Doesn’t try to just send you to voicemail to avoid speaking to you. The office staff are also great. Overall the office is great and the Doctor is a breath of fresh air.

I love dr Tyndall she is a Great Dr!! She is very attentive and when you go to your visit you can tell she really cares and is really LISTENING unlike other Dr’s, they come in and half of the time they’re mixing me up with another patient and if not that they’re coming in the room and they’re rushing you smh overall it’s horrible now Dr Tyndall she sit’s in front of you and listen to you and she HEARS YOU !!!!
