I've been seeing Ken at Aligned Therapeutics for just three appointments so far, and I'm already seeing improvement. I'd give way more than 5 stars if that were possible! Ken has been a total game changer for me. He is not your typical massage therapist - he is fully engaged and interested in figuring out the ROOT of the problem rather than treat the symptoms. I frequently battle tightness on the L side of my neck and Ken discovered a link between my neck tightness and a core muscle weakness. Being a physical therapist assistant myself, I have a decent amount of knowledge and experience in this area - but he amazes me with his ability to find causes and effects that I would never have previously considered. Ken has done wonders helping me improve my posture and eliminate various aches and pains. Being certified in numerous techniques, he always has insight into the root causes of pain and works from there. The combination of manual and movement therapies seems to be far more effective than either one would be alone. Highly recommend!

My first session with Ken was very effective at alleviating the symptoms I came in with. He obviously has a deep knowledge of the musculoskeletal systom and how the body moves. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.
