Align Physical Therapy

My experience with Kristin and Heidi was actually life changing. They are the perfect team to offer support emotionally (and physically of course) and also guide you to break through fears and challenges. I felt completely supported and listened to, and they both have an abundance of knowledge and skills to teach. After breaking my leg in two places, I walked away better than before my injury.

Out of the many physical therapist I've seen over the years this place is hands-down the best. Not just a cookie cutter recovery plan here you will actually get a custom to you treatment based on your needs and abilities!!!

Kristin is amazing! I only wish I'd found her sooner. I've dealt with back and pelvic pain for over 2 years, and after just a few sessions with her my core has strengthened considerably. She's very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. And I had a lot. She is kind and supportive and not in a fake way. You can tell she actually cares about helping people, which is huge in 2024. She'll also build your confidence, so that you start to believe you can actually accomplish healing. If I had found her a year or two ago, I'd probably not have missed out on so much life!

The staff at Align physical therapy are first rate! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to make vast strides in my overall mobility and pain relief.
