I’ve seen Linda many times for Myofascial Release. Once for sciatic pain which went away immediately after seeing her. You walk out of her sessions not only feeling amazing and relaxed but with a great deal of knowledge about your own body and with ways to continue working on yourself at home until you can go in for another session.
