Dr. Alice Sterling unfortunately retired So I tried to make an appointment with her replacement. Problem is they don’t answer the phone. It rings and then you get a busy signal,,. I tried several times and gave up. I will find another optometrist

Dr. Alice Sterling has been my eye doctor for several years. She is very knowledgeable, warm and patient-centered. She never seems rushed, connects on a personal level and shows genuine concern for my well-being. I've also been able to get an appointment at the last minute when I've had an issue with my eyes. I'm thankful that she's around and cares so much about her patients.

This review is not for the doctor but for the office at Winter Springs. I wanted to have the appointment with this doctor as a friend has recommended. I had an appointment for myself and my wife. The office staff called me a day before to reschedule the appointment as there was a new system in their office. I don't know why a new system will make my schedule change. The next appointment will be after 10 days. So I said I will call back and tried calling several times on the same day. Left message but no reply. After few hours I got connected again and she put me on hold for 15 min. and say the next appointment will be after 2 weeks. This is ridiculous waste of time for me to call this office. The first time experience was so bad and I decided not go to this place anymore.

Dr Sterling is very kind and caring. She communicates everything well. I have seen her with my 70 year old Mother and 14 year old daughter and she is great with all age groups.

Dr Sterling is the best. She will take as much time as needed with you, explaining everything. Very kind and attentive.
