My family and I have been going to Dr. El-Saheli for 6 years. He is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate doctors I have met. He takes the time to listen to your issues and works to resolve them as thoughtfully and painlessly as possible. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment on 12/8 for a toe that has a blood clot from injury. This doctor wanted to do a biopsy to make sure nothing else was going on. Throughout the entire time of me telling him what was going on, he and his nurse by his side decided to start talking... he then said he was listening to me then proceeded to ask me about 3-4 questions that was stated if he listened to me speak in the beginning. Fast forward, i called their office to ask if i need to start this medication or not received by the regular urgent care provider while i wait for the biopsy results and the girl Latoya tried to argue with me telling me i need to take it because this doctor prescribed it when he did not. She then realized she was wrong and said she'll have him get back to me... fast forward weeks later no

I have been going to Dr. El-Saheli for years now, he is an exceptional doctor! He listens and is incredibly professional. He has treated my plantar fasciitis, I had surgery for hammer toes as well as general foot care which is extremely important because I’m diabetic. Not only do I highly recommend him, but the staff at the Piscatsway location is top notch!

Dr Ali El-Saheli is one of the best Doctors I have dealt with. He has an exhibits all the traits you want in a Dr. He has a great bedside manner and the knowledge to address your issue. I visited him in Nov for foot pain I been experiencing for years. He treated me and to this day a year after my visit I am pain free. I recently broke a toe and I went into the office without an appointment and he still saw me that day where other Dr's would have had you make an appointed. I am happy and would recommend him anytime without reservation.

Staff is rude, if you ask a question they will hang up on you. I called for refill for five days straight and no refill only nonsense of the “doctor is busy”. Dr el-Saheli is good but that does work if he can’t control his staff’s behavior.
